• Serves as Co-Lead Counsel to a Singapore-based FinTech company developing artificial intelligence-driven financial services in collaboration with a leading Japanese technology and investment conglomerate, advising on its entry into the Philippine market, corporate structuring, licensing, data governance, and labor and employment compliance.

• Serves as Lead Counsel to a globally recognized leader in agricultural biotechnology and livestock genetics, representing the company in high-stakes, multimillion-peso litigation involving complex commercial disputes and significant business interests.

• Serves as Lead Counsel in a declaration of obsolescent inventory case involving ₱57 million in assets, resulting in the full deduction of said amount from the company’s income tax for the year.

• Served as Lead Counsel for one of the country’s largest manning and shipping companies in a case involving charges of human trafficking and violations of Department of Migrant Workers policies, resulting in the dismissal of all charges.

• Settled a high-profile estate valued at ₱2.5 billion before the Bureau of Internal Revenue.

• Secured a VAT refund worth approximately ₱70 million from the Bureau of Customs for one of the Philippines' leading power generation companies.

• Developed successful regulatory compliance frameworks and environmental impact assessments for a major wind power project spearheaded by a leading renewable energy company in the Philippines.
