Junior Consultant

Atty. Aguirre is a Junior Consultant to the Firm, with a practice focused on criminal law, taxation, corporate and regulatory compliance, and administrative law. She began her professional career at a leading multidisciplinary professional services and accounting firm, where she served as a Senior Associate in its Legal Tax Advisory Department. There, she gained extensive experience in Philippine taxation, tax advisory, corporate and regulatory matters, and legal compliance.

Following her admission to the Philippine Bar, Atty. Aguirre joined the Philippine National Police (PNP) as a commissioned officer and lawyer, eventually rising to the rank of Police Major. During her tenure, she provided legal advice to senior police leadership on matters involving criminal law, criminal procedure, law enforcement operations, administrative investigations, disciplinary proceedings, and regulatory compliance.

Atty. Aguirre currently serves as the Head Executive Support and Compliance Officer of a foreign-owned fintech company specializing in AI-driven financial services, where she works closely with GD Law on executive advisory, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and operational legal matters.
