Prior to joining GD Law, Atty. Pineda gained extensive experience in handling civil, criminal, and labor cases. He began his legal career as a paralegal at a top-tier law firm in Ortigas and later served as an Associate at a leading firm in BGC.

He has substantial litigation experience in both civil and criminal cases, complemented by in-depth expertise in labor law and corporate advisory.

Atty. Pineda also authored a legal dissertation on the Mental Health Act, which won a national dissertation contest and was subsequently published in the Ateneo Law Journal.

He currently serves as Chairperson of the Executive Committee of the Scholar Society of the Foundation for Liberty and Prosperity.
